The Salem Foundation Oregon Deaf and Hard of Hearing Scholarship
The Salem Foundation Oregon Deaf and Hard of Hearing Scholarship was established to assist deaf and hard of hearing students attending Chemeketa Community College.

ELIGIBILITY
For the 2024 – 2025 school year, applications will be accepted for any deaf or hard of hearing students attending Chemeketa Community College in the Fall of 2025.
SELECTION
The criteria for selection will be:
- Student who is deaf or hard of hearing.
- Grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Relatives of the Scholarship Review Committee are not eligible to receive the scholarship.
AMOUNT AND PURPOSE
The amount of the scholarship for the 2025-2026 school year is $1,294.65.
Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, room, board, books, fees, and/or any other qualifying college expenses, and will be paid directly to Chemeketa Community College.
